​Over the past year I starting thinking that there had to be a bigger, more personal way for me to help my clients "Release Their Stress". I love being a Massage Therapist and helping people relieve physical pain. However, I always knew that pain is usually related to emotions or simply related to stressful, busy lives.

Back in June I embarked on my journey of Life Coaching. Through this journey I, myself had (have still) a Life Coach that has helped me realize, reach for, create and follow my dreams! This has literally changed EVERY facet of my life for the better!  I am happier, more positive and am living MY life the way I want to live it!
Do I still have stress?  Of course I do! But I am able to handle it much differently than I ever have until now.

​Not only did I make the investment in hiring my own Life Coach, I also invested in a certification program so that I will be able to help others do the same.  The difference though, I will also be offering bodywork in addition to the Coaching.

This program will help people even further by addressing both their physical tension as well as their emotional and overall life stress which will in turn have an effect on their physical tension. (see the circle?)

My program is 3 months which will include one on one Coaching, massage therapy, individualized action plans, and much more!

I am so excited to share this with the world!  After experiencing Life Coaching for myself and being a shining example of it's power and inspiration, I am thrilled to be able to offer this service!
